The Kinsale Union of Parishes is, as the title implies, a union of three parishes each of which has a church. The use of any of these churches for wedding services is granted only after consultation with the Rector, and it is inadvisable to book reception facilities prior to confirmation that the wedding itself will take place. Given that these are parish churches, parties seeking the use of any of the churches for the purpose of weddings should be able to demonstrate some personal or family link with the union of parishes and /or Kinsale. Wedding services are only permitted following the Orders for Marriage as they appear in the Church of Ireland Book of Common Prayer 2004. The same conditions would apply to those seeking a Blessing after A Civil Marriage.
